University Commons 

This off-campus University of Florida-run housing offers floor plans with two-bedroom/one-bath and four-bedroom/two-bath options. All apartments are fully furnished and include a washer and dryer. University Commons also offers parking throughout the property, and the bus stop is nearby, so you’ll never have a problem getting anywhere. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, a game room, and sports courts. Individual leases provide peace of mind at $595 for the two-bedroom/one-bath apartments and $460 for the four-bedroom/two-bath apartments.

College Park Apartments
