Bay Street has many popular eateries to choose from so why 10 & 10 Enoteca?  Owner and sommelier, Bora always dreamed of owning his own wine bar and has spent over 20 years honing his knowledge at high-end hotels. To meet Bora and experience wine and food through his eyes is a treat. His passion is evident and the hospitality is warm and inviting.

With each visit, we learn more about his ambitious plans and get to sample more delicious toasts, small plates appetizers, salads, paninis, and desserts.

Today we start with a small bowl of French Riviera olives. My dining companion and I are not really olive fans but we both agree these are delicious.

Next up Marinated Ciliegine Mozzarella.

Bora has curated a nice selection of domestic and European wines with many options by the glass as well as through his retail shop.

Both of our salads were delicious.
Baby arugula, baby tomatoes and pecorino romano

Caprese salad

Local beefsteak tomatoes, local fresh mozzarella, EVOO and basil

Ordering octopus can be a hit or miss experience. Here it shines. The octopus has an earthy char and pleasant texture with the walnuts adding a surprising element.

Roasted octopus, eggplant puree, dressed with tomatoes and walnuts.

We saved room for a in house made mascarpone cheesecake with reduced blueberry is wonderfully decedent.

The outdoor dining patio is shaded and in a lower traffic area which makes for a lovely spot for lunch or dinner.
