After two years and a million dollar renovation, the once-eyesore of a building that sat at 3023 W. Kennedy Blvd. has risen like a phoenix from the ashes and transformed into a new, American-Italian restaurant called Fire Bar & Grill.

Just opened on the outskirts of Hyde Park, Fire Bar & Grill has eliminated all evidence of the previous building (formerly the Seven Seas Nude Dancing Lounge) and transformed it into a million-dollar renovated, contemporary restaurant poised to be a beacon for great American and Italian dining in Tampa.

Fire Bar & Grill will serve lunch and dinner seven nights a week with an assortment of fresh, rustic meals and more for patrons to enjoy.  Menu selections include a variety of coal-fired pizzas, steaks, Italian entrees, and more.

When it comes to pizza, Fire Bar & Grill takes things up a step from the norm with expertly-crafted pies like the Fire Signature with garlic oil, caramelized onions, aged gorgonzola, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and pine Nuts or the Wild Mushroom Goat Cheese with garlic oil, wild mushrooms, goat cheese and pesto finished with truffled baby arugula and wood oven-roasted tomatoes with balsamic port glaze.

Entrees are where Fire Bar & Grill really shine.  Head in and try Italian-inspired and other inventive creations like House Made Shrimp Ravioli Puttanesca with roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, capers, artichokes, and Kalamata olives finished with extra-virgin olive oil; a blackened 10 oz. New York strip with boniato puree, aged gorgonzola and balsamic glazed onions; and much more.
