WaZoo at Lowry Park Zoo is approaching very quickly, my friends.  As the zoo's beloved beer festival, WaZoo has been doing it right every year for 16 years now. USA Today featured WaZoo as one of the top ten beer fests in the country, so you know they're doing something right.

This year, the party goes down on August 6 with a wide assortment of over 250 beers ready for the tasting, live entertainment, and a collection of great food from some of the most well-revered restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area.

Grille 54 was picked to be a part of this esteemed group and awaits the opportunity to serve up some of their acclaimed cuisine to all those attending the WaZoo beer fest.  Executive chef, Robert Scaffidi was even on Good Day, Tampa Bay [video below] recently to cook up some Saltimbocca Di Polla, which Grille 54 will be serving up at WaZoo.

If the local news wants Grille 54 to show how to make one of their beloved dishes, you know the food here is worth a taste.  Check them out and a variety of other Tampa Bay eateries on August 6 at Lowry Park Zoo's WaZoo beer fest.

Tickets for WaZoo 2011 are still available.  To purchase and get more information, visit the WaZoo 2011 website here.
