Oxford Exchange is one of the newest additions to Tampa's burgeoning culinary landscape.  Located on the southern border of the University of Tampa in Downtown Tampa, this new restaurant offers an eclectic assortment of freshly prepared selections for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.

But, Oxford is much more than a restaurant.  It's a full-scale retail and dining center offering the restaurant, coffee shop, tea house, bookstore, home decor store, and even private office suites out of a historic building located at 420 W. Kennedy Blvd.  Opened by Blake Casper, who owns 52 McDonalds restaurants in the area, Oxford Exchange is gunning to be the next great meeting spot for professionals, students, and more in the area.

Stop in to Oxford Exchange for breakfast and you'll be greeted with a menu full of fresh and inventive breakfast staples including omeletes in varieties like bacon, scallion, and roast potato or goat cheese, roasted pepper, thyme, wild mushrooms.  In addition, you can enjoy fresh berry pancakes, homemade granola, and much more.

Head in for lunch and browse an assortment of fresh, varied selections including a Club Salad with bibb, bacon, crumbled blue, turkey, avocado, and Ranch; a steak sandwich with caramelized onion, charred tomato, roasted pepper, and melted Provolone; 0r Gulf Shrimp with rice noodle, red curry, basil, and ginger.

Sound good?  Oxford Exchange is now open.  Head out and check them out for yourself.  Then, give them your own rating and review on the Oxford Exchange 813area business listing.
