O'Tooles Irish Pub Ratings & Reviews

My husband and I went here with our two young daughters, newborn and 4y/o. We were excited to returned b/c I had been be craving their Irish egg rolls after trying them for the first time following our initial visit to the restaurant after newly moving to the area. We sat down and waited. We waited for about 5 minutes at first, employees were walking by us, they knew we were there but never came over. There was 5 table max in the restaurant when we arrived there, including us, so they were not that busy when we arrived. I went up to the bar to ask for menus, 5 minutes later the bartender came to drop of menus and said she'll will be right back. 15-20 minutes went by, other tables had came in and she went over to them and they were taken care of before us. This whole time the bartender and rest of the staff would walk right by us to take care of other tables that came in after us, they would discuss our table and look over at our family as if to determine who was going to take the table with children, and each look on their faces was a "no" I'm not taking that table. I was so disappointment, we have a newborn and our window for dining out is very small and I was very thrilled to get

O'Tooles is not only one of Brandon's best Irish pubs, but also one of the best in Tampa. I like the atmosphere, the food and the service. The outdoor patio is always a good place to chill, especially during the right time of year.
Pros: The food, service and patio.
Cons: Not a huge fan of the location but that is because I prefer to stay away from Route 60.

I think there still using the fish from what the place used to be (capt d's)
Pros: Good Guinness pour in 16oz and 20 glass.Wish they would serve it the way it was meant to be. The offer a 20oz but you have to ask for it.
Cons: More of a restaurant than a pub, Expensive. More of a british crowd than anything. Guinness prices are a little high for 16oz pint, was told by server that the fish they where serving for fish and chips ( i think she was guessing ) was talipea. Very small whiskey collection

Theres only one Frank Bearski, and theres only one truly great irish bar on 60, (Beware of imposters), you can take that to the bank.......
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing, great place to spend an afternoon or evening. Top notch!

Pros: ??????????????
Cons: price
