Event Details
CrossFit Jaguar and 5.11 Tactical Tampa will host Memorial Day MURPH Monday, May 27, 2019 at CF Jaguar with heats at 8:00 and 9:00 am.
With only 100 Limited Edition 2019 MURPH patches sponsored by 5.11 Tactical, this event will sell out quickly. By signing up your cost includes a custom MURPH 5.11 performance tee shirt, participation in the wod, a specialized scorecrd which you can take to the 5.11 Tampa store to receive your free MURPH patch and a 20% VIP discount card. You must have your validated scorecard to receive your free patch and CrossFit Jaguar is the only facility in Tampa offering this free patch.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to Eagle Rock Camp, a non-profit camp empowering military families to heal from the hidden wounds of war.
"MURPH": 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run; if you have a vest wear it (20#/14#).
CrossFit Jaguar will run 2 heats at 8:00 and 9:00 am. Check in for the 8:00 am heat begins at 7:15 am. Check in for the 9:00 am heat begins at 8:15 am. Please show up early; three will be many variations of the workout and no set rep scheme that must be followed. Warm ups and scaling options for all skill levels will be provided.
Water, Kill Cliff and electrolyte replacement drinks will be available for puchase and 5.11 Tactical will be onsite with merchandise for sale.
