The winningest man in BBQ, Myron Mixon, is coming to Tampa on Saturday, November 2nd. There will be a public meet & greet plus a Thanksgiving-Themed Turkey Cooking Class. Myron will also be promoting his newest book release.

The winningest man in BBQ, Myron Mixon, will visiting Tampa to promote his new cookbook, “ BBQ & A with Myron Mixon: Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About BBQ”, his line of BBQ smokers and pellet grills as well as teach a Thanksgiving-themed Turkey Cooking Class.
Myron will be at Just Grillin Outdoor Living from 10 AM – 5 PM on Saturday November 2nd. There will be a public meet & greet from 10 AM – 1 PM that is free to attend. Fans can meet Myron, get their picture taken with him and have him sign a copy of his new book.
Myron is a celebrity chef that regularly makes appearances on network TV shows such as Fox & Friends, Today, Live with Kelly & Ryan, CBS This Morning, and so on. Myron also stars on two BBQ shows “BBQ Pitmasters” and “BBQ Pitwars” on Discovery’s Destination America and Cooking Channel. He is the author of the hugely successful The New York Times bestselling cookbook Smokin’ with Myron Mixon: Recipes Made Simple, from the Winningest Man in Barbecue (Random House, May 2011), Everyday Barbeque (Random House, May 2013), Myron Mixon’s BBQ Rules (Abrams, 2016) and his latest book as mentioned above.
As a four-time world barbecue champion, Myron Mixon is the winningest man in barbecue. He’s won over 200 grand championships resulting in over 1,800 total trophies, 30 state championships, 8 Team of the Year awards, and 11 national championships. In 2013, he was inducted into the Barbecue Hall Fame in Kansas City. In 2018, he was awarded the Carolyn and Gary Well “Pioneer of Barbecque” Award by the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue.
