Raise a glass with Dad this Father’s Day at the History Center. Check out the exhibit “History by the Pint: Beer and Brewing in Tampa Bay,” and get a free souvenir History Center pint glass with paid adult admission while supplies last.

And while the free pint glass might be empty, fear not! Local favorites Coppertail Brewing will offer samples and tastings of their Free Dive IPA from noon until 2 p.m.

Beer not enough to motivate your museum visit? How about some ballads? “American Troubadour” Bill Schustik will perform sea shanties and pirate tunes in the History Center galleries at 11:30, 12:30 and 1:30 p.m.

Schustik has performed for three U.S. presidents, appeared both on and off Broadway, authored two full length ballets with Edward Villella and Edward Verso, done more than a few commercial and public TV specials, and written a show about the American Civil War (“Shiloh Hill,”produced by Ford’s Theater, Washington, D.C.).

Admission includes all History Center galleries, including the special exhibitions “History by the Pint: Beer and Brewing in Tampa Bay” and “On Track: A History of Florida Railroads.”
