Join us for a feast extraordinaire at Bizou Brasserie on Wednesday, January 18. Enjoy five fabulous courses, each paired with a hand-crafted bourbon experience, for $89* per person.
Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour at 6:00 p.m. and dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. at Bizou Brasserie.

Amuse-bouche:
Bourbon bacon onion jam and truffle pate cheese on a fire-grilled crostini.
Paired with Tea Thyme punch: Coopers' Craft, chamomile tea, honey syrup, lemon juice
Soup Du Jour:
Sweet potato bisque with molasses crouton.
Paired with Black Cherry Shrub with Woodford Rye
From the Field:
Smoked peach, basil goat cheese, roasted salted pecans, heirloom tomatoes, and red romaine tossed in pomegranate reduction.
Paired with Grilled lemon sours with Old Forester 1870
The Feature:
Por ossobuco forest blend mushroom risotto served with bourbon demi reduction.
Paired with Umami Manhattan: Woodford Reserve, Vermouth, Pedro Ximenez Sherry
The Finale:
Spiked apple cheese trifle with layers of nutmeg mascarpone cheese, roasted apples, spiced crumb cake, and topped with a shot of Old Forester Bourbon.
Paired with 1920 Hot Toddy: Citrus, Honey and Spices served in a Latte Glass
