This June, Tampa Ballet Theatre will be telling a tale as old as time in an original classical ballet. Tampa Ballet Theatre will be closing its season with a performance of Beauty and the Beast. Beauty and the Beast will be performed at the Central Park Performing Arts Center. The performances will be on Saturday, June 3rd at 2:00pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are available starting April 24th for purchase ranging from $25-$40 and can be bought online at largo.com or by calling (727)587-6793.
Beauty and the Beast will be starring the very talented Tampa Ballet Theatre company members including: Kayla Miller as Belle, Ben Bergman as The Beast, and Heidi Romero as The Red Rose.

Based on the original story, there are no dancing dishes here, but extraordinary beasts, animals, and characters that are sure to amaze. This 3 act classic love story shows that true love is deeper than superficial looks and is sure to inspire all who see it.
“I really love being able to tell this story,” states Artistic Director and Choreographer of Beauty and The Beast, Lindsay Clark, “it is about a love that beats all the odds. In today’s world, that isn’t always easy. This story means even if you are different, either by your looks or the way you act, there is still someone out there who can love you for who and what you are.”
Tampa Ballet Theatre is a non-profit professional ballet company since 2012. The mission of the Tampa Ballet Theatre is to educate, entertain, and broaden the outlook of the community through the world of classical and contemporary ballet. The company prides itself in preserving the classical masterpieces of previous centuries while creating new contemporary and classical productions. Tampa Ballet Theatre is affiliated with its school, Tampa Bay Ballet where students receive pre-professional training from some of the best professionals in the Tampa Bay area.
