The next Mom & Tots and Dads Too Event is taking place on Wednesday, June 26th from 10:30am - 11:00am featuring Storytime Yoga w/ My Lil' Yogi.
Event Details
My Lil' Yogi provides on-site kids yoga instruction through a unique format of storytelling and fun yoga games. Perfect for ages 3-11, the 30 minute sessions are fun and light-hearted.
This class combines storytelling and yoga to promote mindfulness, concentration, and self-confidence in children. Please accompany children. Yoga mats will not be provided and participants are encouraged to bring their own.
