This yoga session is for the entire family! After class, stay for a while and socialize with the tribe over popsicles. Let's deepen our connections to self, to family and to the community.
Event Details
Creating time in your schedule to bond with your offspring can be difficult. We spend countless hours at work, at school, running errands, on our phones, and in front of the TV but not enough time is spent bonding as a family.
Moms, dads, kids, cousins, and grandparents- join us for a fun and engaging time. We will explore a variety of partner poses to connect physically and energetically. Parents will witness how their children learn and interact with other children and adults. Children get to see their parents as learners, something that doesn’t happen very often, setting a great example for their children. The communication skills and loving connections that we develop during class will go a long way in serving the family during stressful times.
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Cost: Free for members, $25/family of 5
Mat Rentals: $3 (purchase a Meeyogi Mat for $25)
