Namaste! Join us for a family yoga class. We will have a fun-filled hour with yoga poses, meditation, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and relaxing guided meditation. We will also be featuring a mindfulness craft! Class is open to 2-12-year-olds, but be mindful of the littlest ones since this will be in the dark.
