Local Tampa Bay artists Joyce Howell, Lonni Hopkins and Wanda Birchfield will showcase sparkling treasures that are the perfect Mother’s Day gifts. Joyce Howell creates beautiful, classic pieces with stones, beads and metal using a variety of techniques. Lonni Hopkins starts with flat sheets of sterling silver and designs imaginative works art. For antique-inspired pieces, Wanda Birchfield’s spoon rings and flatware jewelry are not to be missed.
