Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa will host a special Valentine’s Day dining experience at its SHOR American Seafood Grill.
Event Details
The holiday dining experience will include a special three-course menu for two. Couples will start with an oyster and shrimp platter, and can select from pan seared halibut, a rack of lamb or a filet Oscar with lump crab for the main course. Couples can also add a lobster tail to their entrée for $18. For dessert, guests can select from a variety of house-made dishes specially designed by the resort’s pastry chefs. Options include everything from a fresh slice of key lime pie, to home-made butter pecan cheesecake, a velvety slice of chocolate satin pie or chicory tiramisu.
In addition to the special three-course holiday menu, the resort is offering Valentine’s Day inspired drinks including the Love Bug, Cupid’s Old Fashioned, Be Mine Martini, and the Love Potion.
The Valentine’s Day meal is available on Friday, February 11, Saturday, February 12, and Monday, February 14, and will cost $89 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by visiting https://bit.ly/SHORreservations.
