A Valentine's Day event with Grazing Amazing Co. hosted at Common Dialect Beerworks!
Enjoy a welcome beer and have some time to mingle and relax. Next, you will find your seat at a long communal table.
Once seated, enjoy a flight of 4 beers and 4 cheeses while our head brewer and owner, Michael Conze, and cheese specialist Gaby Rios, owner of Grazing Amazing, walk you through tasting notes and the way the beer and cheese pairings draw out different characteristics in each other. They also will go over the beer and cheese making process, origins and characteristics of the beer and cheese, and more. Plus, enjoy a little treat at the end!
