Went to the Summer of Rum festival that was held here and I must say, it is one of the coolest event spaces in Tampa. Historic brick warehouse style building and a large lawn overlooking Downtown Tampa and the Hillsborough River.

Pros: Plenty of parking, really cool historic building and the lawn. Great location.

Cons: It is not used enough.
