Ghost Party Haunted Tours

I cannot tell you how absolutely upset I am at this company. This past weekend was my bachelorette party in Savanna Not only did the tour guide no show us - but they tried to tell us that we were late and that the tour guide attempted to look for us. We waited at our location for over an hour circulating the entire building looking for anyone who may have been a guide. We tried to call the company over five times that night with no one to answer. We waited in the exact location that she told us to and still no one showed up for us. We are trying to get a refund for this issue but now they are completely ignoring our calls and messages. I can't believe that they can run a business like this. We even tried to be understanding about the situation - but at this point I am just so upset that they would ignore our calls and take our money.

Best tour group out there. I have been on multiple tours with this company. No 2 tours are the same. Very fun. They even provide you with ghost hunting equipment. It's super exciting and I even caught an apparition on my last tour. Come check it out. This tour does not disappoint
