You don't need a boat to get on the water in Tampa Bay! SUP is a low impact workout that's easy and affordable for staying active with friends or fam. Get your feet wet with a beginner lesson — great for adults and kids!

Start with an intro to the board and paddle from shore. When you’re ready, the instructor will hold your board in knee deep water as you learn different techniques for getting on, standing up, and finding your balance.
Use the rest of your time to free paddle with the instructor available to answer questions like: How can I use different paddle strokes to move in a straight line or turn?
Learn at your own pace until you feel comfortable and confident. Breaks are welcome, you can even sit or kneel on the board. An hour will fly by and you won’t believe how much you’ve upped your skills!
MULTIPLE TIMES AVAILABLE: 3:30PM / 4:30PM/ 5:30PM
This class runs for 45 minutes and is limited to 6 people per time slot. Reserve your time when you sign up. Kids 6 and under get to paddle with you for free!
