7TH FRIENDS BUDDY WALK

FRIENDS and the (NDSS) National Down Syndrome Society invite you to participate in our annual 7th FRIENDS BUDDY WALK. Join us as we Advocate, Celebrate, and "FUN" raise for our Down Syndrome & Special Needs community! The Buddy Walk is also F.R.I.E.N.D.S.'s largest fundraiser, and the funds raised dictate what F.R.I.E.N.D.S. programs, support, and activities we can provide for 2024. 
Registered walkers enjoy a free lunch. DJ, Mark Girdwood will be playing the tunes. Mark Oliver is our MCEE! The kids will enjoy the playground, bouncy houses, face painting and meeting their favorite Star Wars characters and getting their face painting by Brittni. We encourage participants to bring your lawn chairs, and food/drinks if you wish, or enjoy the free lunch that will be provided. 
Before the Advocacy walk, we will be giving out Team Awards, trophies, and most importantly Buddy Walk Medals and Cow Bells to our Buddies! Our top 5 teams will lead the walk as we make our way around Al Lopez Park. Let’s make some noise Tampa Bay!
