We’re serving up exciting opportunities for Bartenders. Can you mix it up with the best of them? Can you pour out a generous portion of great guest service? And can you take on any challenge, without being shaken – or stirred? You’re just the person we’re looking for!
What you get to do:
As a Bartender, you will be the creator and distributor of delicious and refreshing drinks and food. You’ll combine your skills as a mixologist with your natural flair for satisfying service to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience. You will:
- Earn guaranteed rate of $18/hr if not met with tips
- Produce and serve bar drinks following recipe and presentation standards
- Check IDs to ensure appropriate drinking age
- Upsell premium products when appropriate
- Get to know guest preferences
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
- Answer guest questions
- Operate cash register
- Keep areas clean and sanitary
What it takes to succeed:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of COVID-19 food and beverage safety requirements
- Previous bartender experience required – two years of experience preferred
- Expertise with popular recipes such as margaritas, cosmopolitans, mojitos, etc.
- Theme park experience serving international guests highly desirable
- Background in a high-volume nightclub, bar, or restaurant a plus* Outstanding communication, customer service and cash handling skills
- Food & Beverage Safety certifications
- Must have basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine* Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
