Description
Nicole Hays from Skin Wars brings you this hands-on bodypainting workshop focusing on the art of blacklight bodypainting. Each painter will learn techniques for creating a complete UV bodypainting concept on a human canvas.
Event Details
Nicole will touch on subjects such as brush technique, product choices, color use, creation of design, creativity, and light-painting techniques for photography. (Airbrushing not required, but will also be demonstrated).
RATES FOR THIS WORKSHOP ARE AS FOLLOWS:
BRING YOUR OWN MODEL AND PAINT SUPPLIES: $110
BRING YOUR OWN MODEL, UV PAINT KIT AND TWO BRUSHES INCLUDED W/ WORKSHOP: $150
BRING YOUR OWN PAINT KIT, MODEL PROVIDED W/ WORKSHOP: $160
MODEL PROVIDED, UV PAINT KIT AND TWO BRUSHES INCLUDED W/ WORKSHOP: $200
(Models provided are being paid for this event).
We will end the workshop with one hour of a light-painting and UV photography demo hosted by some of Tampa Bay's top photographers! Each painter will receive one professional photo of his or her design concept against a UV background.

Blacklights will be provided, but if you would like additional lighting for your personal space, please bring extra blacklights.
Painters, please bring the following: Something for your model to stand on that protects the floor frop drips, COSMETIC-BASED BLACK BODYPAINT to outline your UV colors (unless you're purchasing kits), COSMETIC-BASED BLACKLIGHT BODYPAINT (unless you're purchasing kits), paper towels, extra paint brushes, and don't forget business cards for networking!
Painters bringing their own models: Models must wear pasties and merkins or a panty while in the workshop. Models must also be comfortable being photographed and signing a model release.
