SHELTER - Festival Afterhours Experience Memorial Day Weekend

Just when you thought all the music was done, there was no place to go, and you had to walk back into the world… you have found your Shelter!!!

Upstairs in the Shelter House we find all the Tech House, Bass House, and Techno to soothe the frayed nerve and settle the uneasy mind. The oontz, oontz keeps your feet moving while the lights, visuals, and lasers draw your attention away from the normal life that awaits you at the end of your little weekend journey.

But be careful, should you stumble outside the warm, well lit, caring upstairs environment and open the wrong door, you might end up in the BASSment… We don’t go down there much, and it hasn’t been cleaned in years. You’ll be lucky if you find a light bulb at all… but you’ll know you may have taken a wrong turn when the bass starts pounding on your chest.

Faces with blank eyes, undistinguishable features, and the only thing pointing the way out are lasers lost in the smoke. It too, provides a certain type of shelter… but choose wisely, this may not be the one you’re looking for……

But if you need a second… maybe some fresh air, or you feel the walls closing in on you… step outside. The Back Alley is full of things to do and look at… Vendors peddling their goods, street fair to refuel an empty stomach, a few other things drink, and really, who knows… we share the alley with lots of neighbors and you never know what you might find there.

Tickets are available with an all-weekend entry or daily before and after 3AM entry. Capacity is limited and expect our shelter to be full every night.
