Tampa, FL 33612 North Tampa Rate and review

Description

This East Fowler Avenue location is part of the chain, but it's finger-licking good and great for take-out and potluck at home, boneless or otherwise in every flavor imaginable. Don't forget to order veggies and dips to travel.

Wingstop was a popular choice for me a few years back when they used to do these insane wing specials - which they have unfortunately discontinued. Their wings are not particularly meaty and their sauces are nothing to brag about. The kitchen gets backed up pretty easily - so if you are in a rush be sure to order your wings well in advance. Overall, Wingstop is conveniently close to USF...but that's about it. I think Tampa Ale House is a much better choice even if it is a few minutes further away for USF students or even Gator's Dockside or Hooter's.

Pros: Conveniently close to USF campus

Cons: Food is so-so
