Vitamin Discount Center is celebrating their 20th Year Anniversary on May 19th from 10-2 p.m. at their South Tampa location. As a special thanks to their loyal customers, the discount retail store is honoring its 20 year success by hosting a customer appreciation event. This family-friendly health and wellness event will be open to the Tampa Bay community, and will offer discounts, nutritional information, prizes, games and giveaways.
Vitamin Discount Center started in 1998, when President Michael Gore recognized the demand for affordable health and wellness supplements. With assistance from Arthur Gore, Michael teamed up with two close friends, David Conner and Michael Downing, both of whom had years of experience in the dietary supplement industry.
By understanding the need for quality and value of dietary supplements, Michael Gore and his partners opened their first store in Carrollwood. Vitamin Discount Center now has 10 locations in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, with each store catering to a wide range of consumers from senior citizens to moms to athletes.
Mr. Gore states, “We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We feel we can’t be matched in this area and that’s the main reason customers come back time after time for 20 years”.
The company offers daily discounts up to 50% off retail prices of all products, including Diet & Weight Loss, Family Wellness, Sports Nutrition, Natural Beauty, and Pet Health. Vitamin Discount Center was named “Retailer of the Year” in 2002 by Vitamin Retailer magazine.
