Toys for Tots Rally

For the last 18 years, the Dimmitt Automotive Group, as part of its Dimmitt Cares community initiative, has facilitated a toy collection across its three heritage locations in Homosassa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg, Florida, and most recently at their newest locations in Wesley Chapel, Sarasota and Odessa. Employees of the organization and local automotive enthusiasts gather for a rally to show their support of Toys for Tots and all participants are escorted via motorcade to the Marine Warehouse to deliver all toys collected. Last year, 120 drivers took part in the rally and approximately 3000 toys were donated to local families in need.

The 2019 Dimmitt Cares Toys for Tots Rally will take place on Sunday, December 1 at 9:30 a.m. at the McLaren Tampa Bay Showroom located at 3255 Gandy Blvd N. Pinellas Park, FL 33781. Vehicle enthusiasts of any make and model are welcome to attend and all drivers will be escorted by 20 Hillsborough County Sheriff motorcycles to the delivery point.
Toy donations will be accepted at any Dimmitt Automotive Group location listed below now through November 30th. Toys should be new and unwrapped for children ages birth to 13. As an added incentive, the individual who brings the most toys to the McLaren Tampa Bay location will be entered to win a chauffeured evening in the all-new Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
