This year you can brunch like only Tampa can brunch at WTF! This exquisite three course meal paired with Champagne and bourbon cocktails is sponsored by Taittinger and Buffalo Trace through Republic National Distributing Company.
Event Details
Tables can be purchased for two, four, or six guests to help ensure we are keeping everyone safe during this unprecedented year. So, gather your friends, put on your brunch best, and join us for an afternoon of delicious gluttony at Haven.
Please keep in mind that an additional reservation will be arriving after you and your brunch experience is limited to two hours. Varying times and party sizes are available to allow for proper distancing between patrons and sanitization after each reservation - the current dining restrictions limit our flexibility.
MENU:
1st Course:
Fried Brussels Sprouts – prosciutto, spinach, ricotta salata, green apple, quince vinaigrette
OR
Pickled Pink Shrimp – almond gazpacho, tomato, grapes, cucumber, fresno pepper
Cocktails:
St. Elsewhere – Champagne Taittinger, violette, lime, blackberry
OR
Weekend at Bernie’s – Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, yellow chartreuse, citron, mint
2nd Course:
Ora King Salmon – vadouvan crab hash, quail egg, pea tendrils, preserved lemon hollandaise
OR
Duck in the Style of Ham – foie gras french toast, pear, spiced maple
OR
Dry Aged Strip Steak – soy cured egg, glass noodles, cucumber, fermented mustard greens, kaffir lime

Dancing Queen – Champagne Taittinger, gin, Cocchi Americano Rosa, rose syrup, lemon

Shuffle Club – 1792 Small Batch Bourbon, Averell, dry curacao, mission fig, white grapefruit
3rd Course:
Tasting of Triple Cream - pierre robert, woolworths goat brie, red hawk, cambazola black
