Bella Prana has an interesting range of classes from Beginners, to Yoga for Teens, Yoga for Athletes, Mommy and Me, and workshops on everything from Free Yoga 101 to Advanced Inversions. A little something for every kind of student I think, and the instructors I have experienced so far are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable going at your own pace. So excited to have this studio in our community!
Pros: Warm environment with experienced instructors and smaller classes. Class had a relaxing guided meditation and holds events such as Yoga for a Cure practicing at the studio with ball player Evan Longoria, and as a partner teaching the Tampa Bay Cheerleaders. Very cool! A clean, caring, and challenging studio. I have loved the classes I have taken there and would definitely suggest this studio to my friends!
Cons: There isn't an overwhelming amount of parking but because classes are smaller I have never had any trouble parking. It is a small studio, but to me that gave it more of a personal feeling.
