Love the fresh guacamole and the great margaritas. Can't go wrong with the fajitas and there are a LOT of different options.

I really enjoyed this restaurant the couple times I have been. The food is made well and is very fresh. I would consider the quality of food a notch above other Mexican restaurants in Tampa. Everything I have had I enjoyed-tacos,carnitas, drinks, chips-everything. I can be picky when it comes to Mexican restaurants but this is one place I will take my friends.

Pros: Food, atmosphere

Cons: Not as cheap as other Mexican restaurants but the food is worth it. Still cheap overall compared to most restaurants.

It had been years since I went to Miguel's Mexican Restaurant. Wow has this place changed and expanded. The restaurant had a great lunch crowd. They were a little short on parking but I manged to park close enough. Service was friendly and food was out extremely quick. The jalapenos were not spicy at all and neither was the hot sauce they brought to the table. Other than that, the food was delicious.

Pros: Clean and very friendly atmosphere.

Cons: Parking lot fills fast during lunch crowds.

Miguel's has been a family choice for a few years now. The style of Mexican cuisine is far different from anyone from California, but it still tastes pretty good. The burritos are solid and their carne asada is still pretty good though it doesn't compare to Vallarta's in my opinion. The former competitor Algusto was a much closer choice to Miguel's, but since Algusto's went out of business, Miguel's may be the best Mexican food on this side of town. Since they remodeled the outside of the restaurant, it is also a nice location for outdoor lunch. The inside is also more spacious than before - which is nice because the wait for a table used to be way too long.

Pros: Good Mexican cuisine, nice interior and outside dining since remodeling came into effect

Cons: Parking can be a pain - waits can sometimes pass an hour for seating

Pros: a very nice comfortable atmosphere. Mild enchiladas, but I guess that's how Floridians like them. I will just have to start carrying a bottle of Tapatio, lol.
