The Florida Orthopaedic Institute is teaming up with Hillsborough County middle and high schools to once again offer $10 physicals for all student-athletes.
Event Details
FOI will conduct the physicals on May 19, starting at 1 pm in its North Tampa office at 13020 North Telecom Parkway.
Proceeds from these physicals will benefit each school represented. Deadline for register is May 11.
To register, go to floridaortho.com/events/. All student-athletes must bring an up-to-date immunization form and an Athletic Packet for the 2018-2019 academic year. All student-athletes must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
