The Bay Area Chapter #55 of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control (BAPIC) extends to companies interested in infection prevention the opportunity to exhibit at the annual educational conference. External funds from corporations and other entities help BAPIC improve the quality of education conferences and other meetings by allowing the chapter to provide honoraria, scholarships and awards, and provide value-added educational products and services to members that advance the goals of the chapter.
The upcoming conference is January 18, 2019 at USF’s Embassy Suites, Tampa, FL. We anticipate 100 attendees from a variety of healthcare facilities from the Tampa Bay Area, and other areas nearby.
For reference, vendor activities are scheduled as follows:
6:00 – 7:00 AM Vendor Set-Up
7:00 – 7:55 AM Registration/light breakfast and Vendor Display
9:00 – 9:30 AM Break/ Vendor Display
11:00 – 11:30 AM Vendor lunch
11:30 – 12:45 PM Attendee lunch/Vendor Display
4:00 PM Closing remarks

How many vendors will be accomodated at the 2019 Bay Area Professionals in Infection Control Annual Educational Conference Vendor Event?
For 2019, we can accommodate 40 vendors.
What does registration include?
Each registration includes a six-foot draped table, light breakfast, lunch, and parking. Additional meals can be purchased for $15, at the time of registration. Each vendor space is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit tables are preassigned to vendors. Gold sponsor* vendors will be able to select their table location before the conference.
What are the different sponsorship levels?
