Startup Sisters USA is proud to present our community of entrepreneurs an opportunity to connect with one another AND do something good for their health. Join our Network.IT event series.
On January 19 at 10:00am, join us at Tern CrossFit. Enjoy camraderie in a friendly, fun, and judgement-free zone where everyone is welcome.
Why Network.It?
Because building a business is hard work... and while we all know that exercise is critical to our well-being, it's often the first thing to go when tackling our evergrowing to-do lists. So, come induldge in some body-positive selfcare, while also networking with incredible Tampa women (like you)!
The Format:
9:45am | Registration: Get there early to register and get warmed up.
10:00am | Workout: Class will be 60min in length, ending at 11am. This will include a warm-up and run-down of the movements. FREE and completely 100% scalable to everyone’s abilities. There will be little equipment, so ladies can learn how to repeat exercises at home.
11:00am | Network.It: We'll finish the event with a fun stretch and chit-chat connect with each other.
11:30am | Optional: Walk and grab brunch at Tampa Bay Brew to anyone who is game for a post-workout breakfast.

Free, thanks to our friends at Tern CrossFit.
Our Network.It Goal:
Through this event, we want to help our Startup Sisters accomplish five things:
Connect with other lady bosses in a fun, friendly way.
Feel refreshed after a successful session of self-care.
Explore Tampa through various wellness spots (parks/studios/gyms) around the city.
Discover new ways to improve or maintain health.
Grow your network! Having a community of women you can lean on is pivotal to reaching your goals, whether in business or fitness. Having a support system matters.
