Pranique Yoga and Wellness Center is celebrating its one year anniversary under the new ownership of Amy Olshanski on Sunday, September 1 – 7am to 2pm.
Two ONEBLOOD bloodmobiles will be on site for blood donations starting at 9am and six of the center’s yoga instructors will be offering free 45 minute yoga instruction, beginning with a special outdoor Sunrise Yoga at 7am to 815am with Tia Mukherjee.
Guest can get a taste of the many varieties of classes available at the center. After the sunrise class, the schedule is Hot Asana with Sarah Sclafani at 9am; Strengthen and Stretch with owner Amy Olshanski at 10am; Focus and Flow at 11am with Erin Yakunich; Feel Good Flow with Felicia Rizza at 12pm and Yin & Reiki with Leora Almaleh at 1pm.
Light brunch snacks and drinks will be served between classes.
