Celebrate Easter Sunday enjoying your choice of delicious dishes prepared and presented exclusively for this special occasion by Pelagia Trattoria’s Executive Chef Brett Gardiner.
Reservations are available from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on April 16 for this always popular holiday event. Guests may make their selections from a special menu featuring starters, traditional brunch favorites made with a twist, savory entrees and sweet desserts.
Begin a meal to remember with the following starters: jumbo poached shrimp cocktail served with a Bloody Mary cocktail sauce, grilled oysters on the half shell, spiced Moroccan Lamb kefta, lump crab cakes or grilled peaches served with burrata.
For more traditional brunch dishes, consider the following: Krispy Kreme doughnut French toast, an Italian frittata made with goat cheese, Campari tomatoes and arugula, jumbo lump crab benedict or classic eggs benedict, banana and Nutella waffles or house made corned beef hash and eggs.
Entrees include a slow roasted prime rib, grilled Florida black grouper, Japanese ramen noodles with pork belly and shrimp and a slow cooked Lamb braciole.
For a sweet finish, select from sour cream creme brulee, tiramisu, Hawaiian bread pudding, raspberry ricotta cheesecake or horchata semifreddo.
