Tampa, FL (Oct. 25, 2017) – Get ready to dive into a dining experience that will take your tastebuds on an exploration of coastal catches to deep sea delights during the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel’s inaugural Navigator’s Dinner Series.
This exclusive experience is available to just 10 diners. Guests will gather poolside at the hotel at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, for drinks and appetizers. The food, beverages and festivities continue to a site overlooking the hotel’s La Fuente Courtyard where chilled, freshly cracked seafood will be served. The final courses, including dessert, will be presented on the outdoor patio adjacent to Pelagia Trattoria.
The multi-course menu created by Pelagia Trattoria Executive Chef Brett Gardiner features caviar to Stone crabs and oysters to Opah.
Jim Bartholomay, general manager of the AAA Four-Diamond Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel, will greet guests and help guide them through their culinary journey that evening.
