Specialities created just for New Year’s Eve by Pelagia Trattoria Executive Chef Brett Gardiner will create a festive and flavorful way to welcome 2018 on Sunday, Dec. 31.
The extraordinary menu provides guests with delicious options for appetizers, entrees and desserts. In addition to the evening’s fine dining selections, guests, ages 21 and older, will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.
Reservations are now available for seatings from 5 - 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.
Selections showcased that day are as follows:
First Course (choice of one)
Seared scallops with Duchess potatoes
Brandied lobster bisque
Strawberry salad with pine nuts, pomegranate and blue cheese
Roasted baby beet salad with mizuna greens, goat cheese and walnuts
Duck confit and frizze salad with port vinaigrette and Granny Smith apples
Second Course (choice of one)
Osso bucco with roasted potatoes, celery root and cauliflower puree
Fillet and foie gras with potato risotto and current demi glaze
Pancetta-wrapped lobster, herbed borsin and purple rice grits
Duck and pancetta ragu with arugula and graganelli pasta
Roasted hog snapper with citrus crab stuffing, micro basil and lemon oil
Third Course (choice of one)
Chocolate praline nougat bar
Classic profiteroles
