Join us to learn the art of cooking en papillote, which is a method of baking your food inside parchment paper, In this hands-on cooking class, we will be making:
Salmon En Pappiote
Fresh Spring Salad
Hercot Vertes (French Green Beans)
Stuffed Pear En Pappiote
You must pre-register to attend the class.
Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund.
Classes are limited to 16 students.
You will be standing and cooking for most of the class.
Class participants receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class.
