Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is hosting an Easter dinner in its SHOR American Seafood Grill.
Event Details
The holiday menu will feature a variety of starter options ranging from brisket green chile soup and a spring panzanella salad to charcuterie options such as garlic-cured salami and soppressata. Guests can also enjoy fresh seafood options including a variety of hand-rolled sushi and delicious entrée selections including roasted leg of lamb, slow-roasted prime rib, and a spice-rubbed lemon and olive oil chicken. The menu will also showcase dozens of house-made desserts.
