Mark is CEO and Co-Founder of AEG, which is building a national ecosystem of elite business advisors and the midmarket CEOs they support. We create exclusive, city-based membership communities of professionals in 50 complementary disciplines and, separately, peer groups of successful CEOs of $20M+ revenue companies. Starting in Washington, DC, AEG is expanding nationally to 20 cities with Baltimore and Tampa launched a few months ago.

Mark has advised executives and boards for 40 years in strategy and operations, with clients ranging from social service nonprofits and trade groups to biomedical research and manufacturing. He also facilitates high-profile sessions ranging from WWIV military strategy and recovery from nuclear terrorism to CEO retreats and strategy sessions. He also is an international trainer with clients in US, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Mark served in leadership roles, including as past Chair/CEO and current Ethics Officer of the US management consulting certifying body, and speaks on ethics, business models, and decision making. He holds degrees from Colgate and Harvard Universities.

March 8- Jackie McIntosh: EVP, Market President- Cogent Bank

Jacquelyn “Jackie” McIntosh serves as Cogent Bank’s Pinellas County Market President with the primary responsibilities of managing commercial lending, retail banking, and bank operations. Her career has included senior leadership roles at national, regional, and community banks. Before joining Cogent, McIntosh worked as a market president for her previous employer, overseeing the strategic execution of commercial lending and retail production. She was integral in growing its territory market share from a startup operation to $850 million in loans and $750 million in deposits. McIntosh is active in her local community and has served on several boards, including the American Diabetes Association of Tampa Bay and the American Cancer Society. Additionally, she has been recognized as a top-producing commercial loan officer for several years. McIntosh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and has certifications in appraisal review and cash management.

April 12- Usha Menon: USF

Usha Menon, PhD, RN, FAAN is Senior Associate Vice President at USF Health, and Dean and Distinguished University Health Professor at the University of South Florida College of Nursing. Her research focuses on culturally sensitive health promotion and illness prevention behaviors among under-represented populations focusing on cancer and diabetes with a strong emphasis on transdisciplinary implementation science. She has garnered over $60 million in total research funding with her team. Her leadership focus is on diversity of thought and scholarship in nursing as well as equity across faculty advancement. As dean, she is currently actively engaged in Florida in developing and implementing transformational industry and legislative partnerships in Florida to resolve the nursing and nurse faculty shortage. She has taught in programs across the nursing curriculum from the pre-licensure to doctoral courses, and mentors junior faculty across health sciences in medicine, microbiology, and pharmacy with a focus on translational research and health equity, and team science. Dr. Menon is a recognized expert in behavior change theory, interventions, and health equity. An engaging and passionate public speaker, she is a frequent consultant and presenter to national and international groups of researchers, clinicians, and community members. She received her BS in Nursing from Lander University (1992), and her MSN (Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner; 1996) and her PhD in Nursing Science from Indiana University (2001). May 10- Mina Tadrus: Tadrus Capital

Mina Tadrus, MA, JD is the CEO of Tadrus Capital LLC, a quant investment management firm and General Partner of Tadrus Capital Fund LP. He is also the beneficiary of Tadrus International LLC, an eastern Caribbean investment management and fintech company. His business portfolio buying power is approximately $5.5 Billion (USD) thanks to strategic partners in the Cayman Islands and elsewhere globally. He is also a panel advisor to the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business. He is an incoming board member for 2 very large non-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay area, one of which is a $300 million + organization. Mr. Tadrus has previously worked for JPMorgan’s derivatives team and was a trading desk supervisor for T3 in the financial district in NY. Mr. Tadrus went to the University of Central Florida, where he obtained a BA in International and Global Studies. He went on to the American Public University System to obtain a MA in Intelligence Studies. Then, he attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree. He is fluent in Arabic and codes financial algorithms in C#, C++, and Pine Script.

Current and future projects he is working on include:

1. Purchasing a 51% stake in a publicly traded company to offer 2.5% monthly dividends to retail/non-accredited investors both domestically and globally.

2. Creating a high-yield tax-exempt (federal/state/local) municipal bond with the help of a local municipality, for retail investors that will offer 2.0% in tax-exempt monthly interest payments.

3. Creating a Tampa crypto token that would have many financial incentives and utilities for residents.

Mr. Tadrus has previously donated and worked with various non-profit organizations including:

1. Coptic Orthodox Churches in the Northeast, Central Florida, and the Tampa Bay area.

2. The Palm Harbor University High School

3. Various Thanksgiving toy drives in the Northeast region

On a more personal note, Mina is a Coptic Orthodox Christian. He is happily married to Jessica Ayob. Only her love and support allowed Mina to explore different investment and business ventures. Together they have a beautiful baby. Chloe. She is his heart and soul. Chloe, Jess, and Mina all reside in beautiful Tampa, FL. For fun, Mina enjoys reading and watching historical documentaries. He’s an avid traveler and enjoys fine dining. While he codes in C# and C++ professionally as a quant fund manager, he is addicted to coding as a hobby, where he constantly codes new autonomous market trading strategies. His wife continuously reminds him of this.

June 14- Paul Maglionico- Penske

Paul Maglionico, VP of System Development and leader of the Penske Development Center in Tampa. Paul specializes in IT leadership, strategic enterprise application development, web and mobile application development and MS 365 platform development.

July 12- William Daniel- Building Easier

William Daniel, a 6th generation Florida native, is an honors graduate from the University of Tampa who has had nothing short of an amazing career. After working through the ranks with James Hardie Building Products, he gave entrepreneurship a shoot.

William founded a building and real estate company, the Building Easier Construction Group (BECG), in 2014 in his hometown of Tampa, Florida. As the CEO, Will has led the organization to immense growth, with current revenues topping $30 million. BECG was named a Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 honorees - growing through the pandemic. BECG’s size has also landed them on Tampa Bay’s Top 200 privately held companies in 2022. Additionally, Will was named a Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 under 40 honorees of 2022.

Outside of running his company, Will’s true passion is travel, with over 75 countries visited. Will believes the experiences, people, and cultures one comes across in travelling can greatly shape the ability to lead through enhanced perspective, creativity, and empathy. While not traveling, Will is engaged in the community. He graduated from the Tampa Police Citizens Academy and was the founder of Food for the Family – a philanthropic campaign born during the pandemic that helped families in need by partnering with local restaurants. His company gives back a portion of their sales each year to various community organizations. Will is committed to his community and is honored to be considered a top leader in the area. Integrity, honesty, empathy, and hard work are at the core of who he is.

August 9- Sean Fetcho -

Sean Fetcho is the co-founder and CEO of Verséa Health, Inc., a diversified life-science company committed to delivering innovative, high-value diagnostic and therapeutic solutions set to improve health care quality and access.

Sean’s shared passion for the evolving healthcare industry and for building early-stage companies prompted him to drive explosive growth for Verséa over the past few years.

Prior to Verséa, Sean’s roster of early stage and start-up companies includes multiple industries spanning from Agrotech, online consumer magazines and finance.

Sean successfully created, launched, and oversaw 8 highly successful print and digital publication that targeted oncology, pain management and cardiology professionals, all of which remain in circulation today. He was then recruited into a Continuing Medical Education (CME) company where Sean developed and executed on new revenue streams that helped structure the business for an exit. Within 3 years, Aventine (PAINWeek) sold to a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange.

In his earlier years before healthcare, Sean was part of the launch team for Red Bull USA and a co-founder in a revolutionary packaging company that sustains the shelf-life of perishables all while killing off any food borne pathogens while in transit.

Sean attended University of Westminster and Towson University with degrees in Economics & Psychology. He participated in Columbia University’s School of Business training programs for executives and advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Urgency-Based Selling, Strategic Intuition, Management, Sales, and Business Development.

Sean is an avid traveler for both business and pleasure and is thankful to have been to all 50 US states and 90+ countries. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the drums, snowboarding, tennis, basketball and spending time with his fiancé, son Zeppelin and his dog Sir Monte.
