The Prep Cook primarily provides basic food and beverage preparation services to support the kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Assembles and packages food and beverage products
  • cutting, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits and vegetables
  • Carves and displays meats, vegetables, fruits, and salads
  • replenishes service lines as necessary
  • Maintains cleanliness of facilities
  • Complies with standard food handling and sanitation procedures

Job Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
  • General knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking practices
  • Basic knife handling skills; Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
