Plan to join the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce again this coming year for its 47th annual Gala and Adela & Cesar Gonzmart Award in the beautiful Siboney Room of the Columbia Restaurant.
Every year the Board of the Ybor City Chamber takes time to reflect on its rich history and primary role in preserving and promoting the Historic District. This year the honor will be bestowed on the Eugene C. Iavarone Family for their on-going contribution to the character and quality of the Ybor experience. The owners of Carmine's Restaurant for over 30 years, they have become Tampa’s true “fusion restaurant†with their authentic Italian, Spanish and Cuban menu they represent the ‘Flavors of Ybor.’
