Your facilitator for this event is Jenny W Clark of Solvability. Jenny works with small businesses interested in federal contracting to understand their indirect costs, and how they can be more competitive and more profitable. Known as “The Oprah of Federal Contracting,” Jenny hosts the Florida GovCon Podcast, exploring topics and hosting interviews relevant to the federal contracting industry each week. She also hosts the Florida GovCon Summit where industry experts, small business executives, federal agency representatives and prime contractors are brought together for education and networking.
All Operation Start-up Workshops align with The Business Model Canvas, a tool used by entrepreneurs and business owners to validate their ideas. If you are not that familiar with the business model canvas, and/or the business modeling process, here are a few resources that may be of interest.
