The third annual Tampa International Fringe Festival (TiFf) runs May 2-11 in Ybor City. This ten-day festival features 26 shows by local, national, and international artists across four venues.
Throughout the ten days of the Tampa International Fringe Festival, audiences hop between four Ybor City performance venues: The Silver Meteor Gallery, The Studio Theatre and Rehearsal Hall at HCC’s Ybor Campus, and our newest venue: The Honey Pot, offering a cabaret-style performance space right on 7th Avenue, halfway between our other venues. In addition to our performance venues, festival-goers can visit “Fringe Central”, located in the patio of Gaspar’s Grotto, where they can visit the TiFf information booth, meet the artists, and purchase TiFf merchandise, including the TiFf buttons. Local “Fringe-Friendly” businesses are offering discounts to Tampa Fringe supporters who display their button. 2019 Tampa Fringe audiences have the opportunity to see performances in theatre, burlesque, comedy, physical theatre, cabaret, children's shows, improv, musical improv, opera, spoken word, sketch comedy, and can even participate themselves at some of our special events.
