Come out a play some Wheelchair Rugby this fall in Tampa .

WWAR is hosting a Rugby Tournament for D1 and D2 Teams

Open to all Wheelchair Rugby teams in the USA and Internationally

Tournament Venue:

All Peoples Life 6105 E Sligh Ave . Tampa FL 33617

Dates and Times:

Friday October 28th 9.00am - 6pm

Saturday October 29th 9.00am -6pm

Sunday October 30th 9.00am - 3pm


$500.00 per Team - All Teams to register through Eventbrite

Payment :

By Credit Card $500 through Eventbrite as a donation

By Check $500 to WWAR , 8880 60th Way , Pinellas Park FL 33782

We will then send details of Tournament information to the Team managers email

Accessible transport will be provided from Tampa Airport and to and from the Host hotel and the venue .

This must be pre- booked with WWAR

Lunch will be provided by WWAR on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

This specially negotiated rate has a Cutoff date for block pricing of TUESDAY 27th SEPTEMBER

All rooms under this rate will be released after this time and will go to full price.

Once booked there is still flexibility with your reservation as you have until 48 hours before the check in time to cancel your reservation free of charge

Hotel Suite rate: $169 including full cooked breakfast

There is also complimentary 2 hour Managers special nightly reception with Hors d'Oeuvres, Beer and Wine and Complimentary Overnight parking

The hotel also provides an accessible vehicle for local drop offs Guests to follow the link or call the hotel directly to get the rate and reserve one of the blocked rooms .

The Hotel has 25 Accessible rooms available on a first come first served basis

Chair Storage:

WWAR will be utilizing trucks and trailers to store any chairs overnight. It will be imperative that your equipment is organized and marked so no confusion and or mix ups occur and games can run on time. Volunteers will be available to move equipment.
