Service Cleanliness Bang for your Buck Parking & Accessibility
I echo the other bad review - I also purchased this tour through Groupon and had to reschedule due to a medical emergency. They have never returned my calls/emails and even told me that they would like to reschedule the tour but this was not Groupon's policy. Bad Customer service - I simply got tired of leaving voice mails and emails to a company who clearly didn't want my business.
Pros: None - Thank you Groupon for giving me my money back!!
Cons: Bad customer service! Groupon should never use them again!!!!!
