Join us March 15th at Hyatt Regency Austin for our FREE one-hour, all levels vinyasa class! Led by Ferny Barceló and assisted by Zuzu Kelly Perkal, with good tunes from DJ Trey Tarwater.

Class will be held indoors, in the beautiful TEXAS BALLROOM.
After yoga, join us inside our Marker 10 bar for a *complimentary* local draft, sushi, snacks, and social hour as you settle into the evening.

About Ferny:
Ferny found her voice and strength in vinyasa yoga, and was immediately drawn to the fluidity of the practice. Its benefits extended past the physical, bringing peace and calm to an anxious mind, and teaching her how cultivate more compassion and self-awareness. Her classes combine the flowing sequences of vinyasa yoga with meditative elements. She strives to offer her students the experience of both yin and yang, helping them find strength as well as peace within their practice. Expect a playful approach, infused with powerful movements, and a focus on internal body awareness, all set to some awesome tunes.
Zuzu is a star seed, a pink haired dreamer, adventure enthusiast, and pizza lover. When she's not practicing and teaching yoga you'll find her spray painting walls, keeping up with her mermaid skills at Barton Springs, or hanging at a local coffee shop. Zuzu first stepped onto her mat in 2009, and immediately fell in love with the practice. Her goal as an instructor is to lead her students through a fun and creative class as a guide to self-healing and ultimate happiness.
