have been to this place several times in the past and I loved it so much that I decided to have my 30th birthday there. ***Extremely long rant ahead, please read in its. entirety*** I had problems from the start from trying to book the reservation from Crystal from jump. She told me about the 3 sections that were available on the second floor. The small one for $175, medium for $200 and large for $250, then once I told her how many people I was expecting, about 10-15 people, she said only the largest section was available. I just wanted a small area for us to sit every now then when our feet got tired or if someone wanted to sit and just vibe. I had a feeling that she was lying so I had a friend call and say that she was having a birthday and expecting about 6 people and Crystal told her the smallest section was available like I knew. So my friend was not able to buy that section right then and there and when we tried to get it she didn't answer and when she call my friend back she didn't answer, they were playing phone tag. So the next day I told my mom to call and act like she was my friends mother, my mom told Crystal she was booking the table for me instead of
Pros: Good music, good crowd
Cons: Poor customer service from management (Crystal) you get nothing except a $20 bottle of champagne for your section, poor communication between Crystal and bartenders for reservations, horrible!
