Great location on the water and a very nice change from Rattlefish.
Cons:
Maybe i went at a bad time but there was a pool party going on there so we couldnt go down by the pool on a Sunday. It looked like a very young party with a lot of trashy girls dancing and drinking.
We also had a 45 minute wait to sit.
Comments:
Mediocre food and otherwise run of the mill beach restaurant. I would advise going on pool party days.

Hula Bay’s Sundays Days have the hottest chicks in the 813 in bikinis. If you want to see beautiful people everywhere get there on Sunday at 230-300pm.

Pros: The food is great and plenty of it. The cafeteria is open 24 hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. The food was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly ...
