Q: How do I know if my child needs therapy?
A: I offer a free consultation for this reason. I will ask you a series of questions to determine if an evaluation is warranted because sometimes, parents may not be sure whether or not they should be concerned. I am here to help you navigate your child’s early communication journey.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We are a private pay therapy practice. Therefore, we are not in network with any insurance companies.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Checks, All Major Credit Cards, and Health Savings Accounts. We can provide you with a superbill, which is an itemized document of services you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.
Q: What questions should I ask when I submit my superbill?
A: • Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet first?
• Do I have out-of-network speech therapy benefits?
• Am I eligible to receive direct reimbursement from the insurance company for my speech therapy visits?
